A public body communicates every day: services, calls for proposals, projects, choices. It often does so in the language of procedures, which is accurate but does not reach people. Institutional communication makes what a body does, and why, understandable, without turning it into propaganda.
Municipalities, regions, public and local bodies, universities and research centres.
It starts from a shared reading of the materials and from listening on site, with the offices and with those who meet citizens. The diagnosis becomes a project, with timing and phases compatible with the body's procedures. Production, photography and video included, I carry out first-hand or coordinate.

It is the communication through which a public body explains to citizens what it does, how and why: services, decisions, projects. It works when it is accurate and understandable at the same time.
Propaganda asks for allegiance. Institutional storytelling makes clear what a public body does and why, leaving judgement to citizens: that is why it rests on verifiable facts. When effective, it strengthens the bond between institutions and citizens, making them real protagonists of their territory.
Through the body's own procedures. I am registered on MePA and Sintel; the details are defined in the first conversation.
